Suivant l'art.3, al.2 du CWATUP, certains fonctionnaires délégués devront à l'avenir, chaque année, remettre au gouvernement un rapport. On renvoie à ce qui en sera dit ci-après 486 concernant le fonctionnaire délégué.
Les art.18bis et 57bis du CWATUP mettent également à charge du collège des bourgmestre et échevins le dépôt périodique auprès du conseil communal d'un rapport. On renvoie à ce qui en sera dit ci-après concernant le collège échevinal 487.
