Vu la loi du 6 août 1990 relative aux mutualités et aux unions nationales de mutualités, notamment l'article 27bis, alinéa 4, inséré par la loi du 22 février 1998;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 29 octobre 2001 déterminant les conditions d'octroi et le mode de répartition des subventions de l'Etat pour le service des soins de santé, organisé par les mutualités et par les unions nationales de mutualités, modifié par les arrêtés royaux des 10 décembre 2001, 21 octobre 2002, 4 novembre 2003 et 23 novembre 2004;
Vu l'avis de l'Inspection des Finances, émis le 12 août 2005;
Vu l'accord de Notre Ministre du Budget, donné le 15 septembre 2005;
Vu l'avis n° 39.146/1 du Conseil d'Etat, donné le 20 octobre 2005, en application de l'article 84, § 1er, alinéa 1er, 1, des lois coordonnées sur le Conseil d'Etat;
Sur la proposition de Notre Ministre des Affaires sociales,
Nous avons arrêté et arrêtons :
Article 1er. L'article 1er, § 2, alinéa 1er, de l'arrêté royal du 29 octobre 2001 déterminant les conditions d'octroi et le mode de répartition des subventions de l'Etat pour le service des soins de santé, organisé par les mutualités et par les unions nationales de mutualités, modifié par l'arrêté royal du 23 novembre 2004, est remplacé par la disposition suivante :
Les subventions des années 1997 à 2000 incluses sont réparties entre les unions nationales sur la base de la clé de répartition normative, définie à l'article 3, fixée pour chaque année sur proposition du Conseil de l'Office de contrôle transmise au Ministre des Affaires sociales.
