Le Collège,
Vu les articles 128, 138 et 178 de la Constitution coordonnée par la loi du 17 février 1994;
Vu le décret du 4 mars 1999 relatif à l'intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes handicapées, notamment l'article 52;
Vu l'arrêté 2007/1131 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française du 22 mai 2008 relatif à l'agrément et aux subventions accordées aux services d'accompagnement et aux services d'interprétation pour sourds, modifié par l'arrêté 2008/1551 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française du 12 février 2009, notamment l'article 49;
Vu l'arrêté 2008/293 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française du 17 avril 2008 établissant la liste des interprètes en langue des signes et la liste des interprètes pour toute autre aide à la communication, modifié par l'arrêté 2009/458 du 7 mai 2009;
Vu l'arrêté 2000/641 du 29 juin 2000 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française et l'arrêté 2006/1070 du 3 mai 2007 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française relatifs à l'agrément du Service d'interprétation pour sourds « Service d'interprétation pour sourds de Bruxelles (SISB) » de l'ASBL « Info Sourds de Bruxelles »;
Vu l'avis du Conseil consultatif bruxellois francophone de l'Aide aux Personnes et de la Santé du 19 mai 2010;
Vu l'avis de l'Inspection des Finances, donné le 25 juin 2010;
Considérant la nécessité de mettre régulièrement à jour les listes des interprètes en langue des signes et des translittérateurs;
