Autorisations d'exploiter une entreprise de gardiennage en application de la loi du 10 avril 1990 réglementant la sécurité privée et particulière
Par arrêté du 13 juillet 2010, l'autorisation d'exploiter une entreprise de gardiennage est accordée à "KEY4CE SECURITY" SPRL, dont le siège social est sis Gampelaeredreef 61, 9800 Deinze.
L'autorisation porte sur l'exercice d'activités consistant en :
- surveillance et protection des biens mobiliers ou immobiliers, en ce compris les activités de gardiennage sur les lieux où aucun tiers ou autre agent de gardiennage sont censés être présents, à l'exclusion de gardiennage mobile et intervention après alarme;
- protection de personnes;
- surveillance et contrôle de personnes dans le cadre du maintien de la sécurité dans des lieux accessibles ou non au public en ce compris les activités effectuées dans des cafés ou endroits où l'on danse et à l'exclusion des activités d'inspecteurs de magasin.
Ces activités s'effectuent sans arme et sans cheval.
Les activités de surveillance et protection des biens mobiliers ou immobiliers, en ce compris les activités de gardiennage sur les lieux où aucun tiers ou autre agent de gardiennage sont sensés être présents, à l'exclusion de gardiennage mobile et intervention après alarme peuvent s'effectuer avec chien.
L'utilisation de chiens doit avoir lieu conformément à l'arrêté royal du 15 mars 2010 réglant certaines méthodes de gardiennage.
L'autorisation est délivrée pour une période de cinq ans sous le numéro 16.1140.06.
Par arrêté du 28 septembre 2010, l'autorisation d'exploiter une entreprise de gardiennage est accordée à la SCS "VIGILES PARTNERS", dont le siège social est établi rue de Tournai 34/2, à 7972 Beloeil.
Le siège d'exploitation est sis rue Joseph Wauters 126, à 7972 Quevaucamps.
L'autorisation porte sur l'exercice des activités de :
- surveillance et protection de biens mobiliers ou immobiliers, en ce compris les activités de gardiennage...
