21 JANVIER 2010. - Arrêté 2010/35 du Collège de la Commission communautaire française portant nomination des membres de la Commission de coopération visée à l'article 11 de l'accord de coopération du 29 octobre 2008 entre la Région wallonne et la Commission communautaire française visant à garantir la libre circulation des personnes handicapées
Vu le décret de la Commission communautaire française du 19 mars 2009 portant assentiment à l'accord de coopération du 29 octobre 2008 entre la Région wallonne et la Commission communautaire française visant à garantir la libre circulation des personnes handicapées;
Vu l'accord de coopération du 29 octobre 2008 entre la Commission Communautaire Française de Bruxelles-Capitale et la Région wallonne visant à garantir la libre circulation des personnes handicapées, approuvé par le décret du 19 mars 2009;
Considérant qu'il y a lieu de procéder à la désignation des représentants de la Commission communautaire française au sein de la Commission de coopération visée à l'article 11 de l'accord de coopération susvisé;
Considérant que les quatre membres doivent comporter au moins un fonctionnaire dirigeant du Service bruxellois francophone des personnes handicapées et un représentant du Ministre qui a la politique des personnes handicapées dans ses attributions;
Sur proposition de la Membre du Collège chargée des personnes handicapées;
Arrête :
Article 1er. Le présent arrêté règle une matière visée à l'article 128 de la Constitution en vertu des articles 138 et 178 de la Constitution.
