Le Ministre des Finances,
Vu le Code des droits de timbre;
Vu l'arrêté du Régent du 18 septembre 1947 relatif à l'exécution du Code des droits de timbre, notamment l'article 1er, alinéa 4, remplacé par l'arrêté royal du 26 janvier 2006;
Vu les lois sur le Conseil d'Etat, coordonnées le 12 janvier 1973, notamment l'article 3, § 1er, remplacé par la loi du 4 juillet 1989 et modifié par la loi du 4 août 1996;
Vu l'urgence;
Considérant que la loi du 15 décembre 2005 relative à la simplification administrative II rend possible le dépôt sous forme électronique, des expéditions ou extraits dont le dépôt au greffe du tribunal de commerce est prescrit par l'article 67 du Code des sociétés;
Considérant que les articles 4 et 5 de cette loi ont modifié les articles 31 et 33 du Code des droits de timbre afin d'inscrire la possibilité de réaliser les expéditions et extraits par voie électronique dans le Code précité;
Considérant que les dispositions précitées de la loi du 15 décembre 2005 relative à la simplification administrative II sont entrées en vigueur le 7 janvier 2006;
Considérant que l'arrêté royal du 26 janvier 2006 modifiant l'arrêté du Régent du 18 septembre 1947 relatif à l'exécution du Code des droits de timbre et abrogeant l'arrêté du Régent du 12 décembre 1949 relatif à l'emploi de machines à timbrer pour l'acquittement du droit de timbre et des taxes assimilées au timbre, l'arrêté ministériel du 14 décembre 1949 concernant les modalités d'application de l'arrêté du Régent du 12 décembre 1949 relatif à l'emploi par les redevables et les bureaux des douanes, de machines à timbrer pour l'acquittement du droit de timbre et des taxes assimilées au timbre et l'arrêté ministériel du 10 juillet 1951 déterminant le mode de remboursement des cartons de timbrage servant à l'acquittement du droit de timbre et des taxes assimilées au timbre, a...
