Le Gouvernement de la Communauté française,
Vu la loi du 29 mai 1959 modifiant certaines dispositions de la législation de l'enseignement, notamment l'article 5bis, tel qu'inséré par le décret du 14 novembre 2002 organisant la représentation des pouvoirs organisateurs d'enseignement subventionné et de centres psycho-médico-sociaux subventionnés;
Vu l'arrêté du 1er octobre 2003 portant application de l'article 5bis, § 2, 2°, de la loi du 29 mai 1959 précitée;
Sur la proposition du Ministre de l'Enfance chargé de l'Enseignement fondamental, du Ministre chargé de l'Enseignement secondaire et de l'Enseignement spécial, de la Ministre chargée de l'Enseignement de promotion sociale;
Vu la délibération du Gouvernement de la Communauté française du 17 décembre 2003,
Arrête :
Article 1er. Sont reconnus comme organes de représentation et de coordination :

Le Conseil de l'enseignement des Communes et Provinces, dénommé CECP, représentant les pouvoirs publics subventionnés organisant des écoles fondamentales, maternelles et primaires ordinaires et spéciales et des écoles secondaires spéciales;
-
Le Conseil des pouvoirs organisateurs de l'enseignement officiel neutre subventionné, dénommé CPEONS, représentant les pouvoirs publics subventionnés organisant des écoles secondaires;
-
Le Secrétariat général de l'enseignement catholique en Communauté française et germanophone, dénommé SeGEC, représentant les pouvoirs organisateurs d'enseignement libre subventionné de caractère confessionnel;

La Fédération des établissements libres subventionnés indépendants, dénommée FELSI, représentant les pouvoirs organisateurs...
