30 JANVIER 2018. - Arrêté ministériel portant désignation du représentant de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale dans l'Organe de concertation visé dans l'Accord de coopération du 27 mars 2017 entre l'Etat fédéral, la Région flamande, la Région wallonne, la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, la Communauté flamande, la Communauté française et la Communauté germanophone, dans le cadre de la directive 2011/16/UE du Conseil du 15 février 2011 relative à la coopération administrative dans le domaine fiscal et abrogeant la directive 77/799/CEE et dans le cadre des traités mixtes bilatéraux et multilatéraux entre le Royaume de Belgique et un autre Etat ou d'autres Etats qui prévoient la coopération administrative dans le domaine fiscal
Le Ministre du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, chargé des Finances et du Budget,
Vu l'Accord de coopération du 27 mars 2017 entre l'Etat fédéral, la Région flamande, la Région wallonne, la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, la Communauté flamande, la Communauté française et la Communauté germanophone, dans le cadre de la directive 2011/16/UE du Conseil du 15 février 2011 relative à la coopération administrative dans le domaine fiscal et abrogeant la directive 77/799/CEE et dans le cadre des traités mixtes bilatéraux et multilatéraux entre le Royaume de Belgique et un autre Etat ou d'autres Etats qui prévoient la coopération administrative dans le domaine fiscal, article 13;
Vu le test genre réalisé en application de l'article 3 de l'ordonnance du 29 mars 2012 portant intégration de la dimension de genre dans les lignes politiques de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale;
Considérant que les projets d'arrêté, qui concernent l'organisation d'un département ministériel ou qui délèguent certaines compétences exécutives à des fonctionnaires, sont dépourvus du caractère réglementaire requis par l'article 3, § 1er, alinéa 1er, des lois sur le Conseil d'Etat, coordonnées le 12 janvier 1973, de telle sorte que ces projets d'arrêté ne doivent pas être soumis à l'avis de la section de législation du Conseil d'Etat,
