Le Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale,
Vu la Directive 2008/98/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 19 novembre 2008 relative aux déchets et abrogeant certaines directives;
Vu la loi spéciale de réformes institutionnelles du 8 août 1980, modifiée par les lois du 8 août 1988, du 5 mai 1993 et du 16 juillet 1993, notamment les articles 6, § 1er, X, 1° et 79;
Vu la loi spéciale du 12 janvier 1989 relative aux Institutions bruxelloises, notamment l'article 38;
Vu l'ordonnance de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 22 février 1990 relative aux expropriations pour cause d'utilité publique poursuivies ou autorisées par l'exécutif de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale;
Vu l'ordonnance du 22 juillet 1990 portant création de l'Agence régionale pour la Propreté;
Vu la loi du 26 juillet 1962 relative à la procédure d'extrême urgence en matière d'expropriation pour cause d'utilité publique;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 18 juillet 2000 portant règlement de son fonctionnement et réglant la signature des actes du Gouvernement;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 19 mars 2009 autorisant l'Agence régionale pour la Propreté à exproprier un bâtiment industriel situé sur la commune de Forest;
Considérant que l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 19 mars 2009 autorisant l'Agence régionale pour la Propreté à exproprier un bâtiment industriel situé sur la commune de Forest était motivé par la nécessité d'entrer immédiatement possession de la parcelle cadastrée à Forest, 2e division, section c, 2 B 3, affectée au Plan régional d'affectation du sol en zone d'industries urbaines;
