14. DEZEMBER 2023 - Dekret zur endgültigen Abrechnung des Rechnungsjahres der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft für das Haushaltsjahr 2022 (1)
Das Parlament der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft hat das Folgende angenommen
und wir, Regierung, sanktionieren es:
Artikel 1 - Die im Anhang an das vorliegende Dekret aufgeführte und durch den Rechnungshof gemäß Artikel 40.1 des Dekretes vom 25. Mai 2009 über die Haushaltsordnung der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft zertifizierte Rechnungslegung für das Haushaltsjahr 2022 wird gutgeheißen.
Art. 2 - In Anwendung von Artikel 43 desselben Dekretes ist das Rechnungsjahr für das Haushaltsjahr 2022 endgültig abgeschlossen.
Wir fertigen das vorliegende Dekret aus und ordnen an, dass es durch das Belgische Staatsblatt veröffentlicht wird.
