Gelet op de wet betreffende de verplichte verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging en uitkeringen, gecoördineerd op 14 juli 1994, inzonderheid op artikel 71bis, §§ 1 en 2, ingevoegd bij de wet van 22 augustus 2002;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 23 juni 2003 tot uitvoering van artikel 71bis, §§ 1 en 2 van de wet betreffende de verplichte verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging en uitkeringen, gecoördineerd op 14 juli 1994, gewijzigd bij de koninklijke besluiten van 17 februari 2005 en 3 juni 2005, inzonderheid op artikel 7;
Gelet op het advies van de overeenkomstencommissie tussen de verpleeginrichtingen en de verzekeringsinstellingen, gegeven op 23 november 2005;
Gelet op het advies van het Comité van de verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging van het Rijksinstituut voor ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering, gegeven op 19 december 2005;
Gelet op het advies van de Inspecteur van Financiën, gegeven op 4 januari 2006;
Gelet op de akkoordbevinding van Onze Minister van Begroting van 16 februari 2006;
Gelet op de hoogdringendheid gemotiveerd door het feit dat de Algemene raad van het Rijksinstituut voor ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering heeft beslist om in het kader van de beheersing van de uitgaven in 2006, de tegemoetkomingen voor dialyse zo vlug als mogelijk te herleiden naar de tegemoetkomingen die van toepassing waren op 31 december 2005. Om de vooropgezette besparing zo vlug mogelijk te kunnen realiseren moet deze maatregel dringend worden...
