17 DECEMBER 2003. - Besluit van de Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap houdende erkenning van de vertegenwoordigings- en coördinatieorganen van de inrichtende machten van het onderwijs
De Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap,
Gelet op de wet van 29 mei 1959 tot wijziging van sommige bepalingen van de onderwijswetgeving, inzonderheid op artikel 5bis, zoals ingevoegd bij het decreet van 14 november 2002 tot organisatie van de vertegenwoordiging van de inrichtende machten van het gesubsidieerd onderwijs en van de gesubsidieerde psycho-medisch-sociale centra;
Gelet op het besluit van 1 oktober 2003 houdende toepassing van artikel 5bis, § 2, 2°, van voornoemde wet van 29 mei 1959;
Op de voordracht van de Minister van Kinderwelzijn, belast met het Basisonderwijs, van de Minister belast met het Secundair Onderwijs en het Buitengewoon Onderwijs, van de Minister belast met het Onderwijs voor Sociale Promotie;
Gelet op de beraadslaging van de Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap van 17 december 2003;
Besluit :
Artikel 1. Als vertegenwoordigings- en coördinatieorgaan worden erkend :

De « Conseil de l'enseignement des Communes et Provinces », CECP genoemd, die de gesubsidieerde overheid vertegenwoordigt die gewone en buitengewone basis-, kleuter- en lagere scholen alsmede buitengewone secundaire scholen organiseert;

De « Conseil des pouvoirs organisateurs de l'enseignement officiel neutre subventionné », CPEONS genoemd, die de gesubsidieerde overheid vertegenwoordigt die de secundaire scholen organiseert;

Het « Secrétariat général de l'enseignement catholique en Communauté française et germanophone », SeGEC genoemd, dat de inrichtende machten van het vrij gesubsidieerd confessioneel onderwijs vertegenwoordigt;
