Ordonnantie tot wijziging van de ordonnantie van 19 juli 2001 houdende regeling van het administratief toezicht op de meergemeentelijke politiezones van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest., de 20 décembre 2002
Artikel 1. Deze ordonnantie regelt een aangelegenheid als bedoeld in artikel 39 van de Grondwet.
Art. 2. In artikel 9 van de ordonnantie van 19 juli 2001 houdende regeling van het administratief toezicht op de meergemeentelijke politiezones van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest worden de volgende wijzigingen aangebracht :

in het tweede lid wordt het woord " vijftig " vervangen door het woord " veertig ";
-
in het vierde lid wordt het woord " honderd vijftig " vervangen door " veertig ";
-
in het vijfde lid wordt het woord " vijftig " vervangen door " veertig ".
Art. 3. In artikel 10, tweede lid, van dezelfde ordonnantie wordt het woord " vijftig " vervangen door het woord " veertig ".
Art. 4. In artikel 11, tweede lid, van dezelfde ordonnantie wordt het woord " dertig " vervangen door het woord " twintig. "
Art. 5. In artikel 14, eerste lid, van dezelfde ordonnantie wordt het woord " vijftig " vervangen door het woord " veertig ".
Art. 6. Deze ordonnantie treedt in werking op de eerste dag van de tweede maand volgend op die gedurende welke zij in het Belgisch Staatsblad is bekendgemaakt.
Kondigen deze ordonnantie af, bevelen dat ze in het Belgisch Staatsblad zal worden bekendgemaakt.
