Aan allen die nu zijn en hierna wezen zullen, Onze Groet.
Gelet op artikel 108 van de Grondwet;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 16 november 1994 betreffende de administratieve en begrotingscontrole;
Gelet op de wetten op de Raad van State, gecoördineerd op 12 januari 1973, inzonderheid op artikel 3, § 1, gewijzigd bij de wetten van 9 augustus 1980, 16 juni 1989, 4 juli 1989 en 4 augustus 1996;
Gelet op de hoogdringendheid;
Overwegende dat de Adviescommissie betreffende de strategische consolidatie van Belgacom, zo snel mogelijk moet worden opgericht, teneinde de beslissingen betreffende deze transactie voor te bereiden;
Op de voordracht van Onze Minister van Begroting en op het advies van Onze in Raad vergaderde Ministers,
Hebben Wij besloten en besluiten Wij :
Artikel 1. Bij het Ministerie van Financiën, Administratie van de Begroting en Controle op de Uitgaven, wordt een Adviescommissie betreffende de strategische consolidatie van Belgacom ingesteld, hierna « de Commissie » genaamd.
Art. 2. De Commissie is samengesteld uit zes leden, waaronder de voorzitter, door de Minister van Begroting aangewezen volgens hun bekwaamheid en/of ervaring inzake financiële evaluatie.
Art. 3. De voorzitter en de leden van de Commissie mogen tegelijkertijd met en gedurende een periode van vijf jaar te tellen na het einde van hun mandaat, geen bezoldigde activiteit uitoefenen in dienst van een onderneming die zij geëvalueerd hebben.
Art. 4. De Commissie wordt belast met het bijstaan van de Inspecteur van financiën die aangesteld wordt om ter uitvoering van het koninklijk besluit van 16 november 1994 betreffende de...
