Koninklijk besluit houdende oprichting van het Beroepsinstituut van boekhouders., de 25 mai 1993
Artikel 1. Het Beroepsinstituut van boekhouders (B.I.B.) wordt opgericht.
Art. 2. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 juni 1993.
Art. 3. Onze Minister van de Kleine en Middelgrote Ondernemingen en Landbouw is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.

Gelet op de kaderwet van 1 maart 1976 tot reglementering van de bescherming van de beroepstitel en van de uitoefening van de dienstverlenende intellectuele beroepen, inzonderheid op artikel 17, ß 6, gewijzigd bij de wet van 15 juli 1985;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 27 november 1985 tot bepaling van de regels inzake organisatie en de werking van de beroepsinstituten die voor de dienstverlenende intellectuele beroepen zijn opgericht, inzonderheid op de artikelen 30 en 73;
