Aan allen die nu zijn en hierna wezen zullen, Onze Groet.
Gelet op de programmawet van 30 december 2001, gewijzigd bij de programmawet van 2 augustus 2002;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 30 december 2001 waarbij de Staat wordt gemachtigd om onroerende goederen aan de naamloze vennootschap van publiek recht « Brussels International Airport Company » te verkopen;
Gelet op het advies van de Inspecteur van Financiën, gegeven op 17 juni 2002;
Gelet op de akkoordbevinding van Onze Minister van Begroting, gegeven op 25 juni 2002;
Op de voordracht van Onze Minister van Financiën en Onze Minister van Telecommunicatie en overheidsbedrijven en Participaties en op het advies van Onze in Raad vergaderde Ministers,
Hebben Wij besloten en besluiten Wij :
Artikel 1. In artikel 1 van het koninklijk besluit van 30 december 2001 waarbij de Staat wordt gemachtigd om onroerende goederen aan de naamloze vennootschap « Brussels International Airport Company » te verkopen, worden de woorden « alle en niet minder dan alle » vervangen door de woorden « alle of een deel van de ».
Art. 2. Artikel 3, § 2, tweede lid, 1°, van hetzelfde besluit wordt vervangen door de volgende bepaling :
De Staat zal de mogelijkheid hebben om de door B.I.A.C. uitgevoerde schatting van de kostprijs en de vooruitgang van de bodemsaneringswerken en van de voorbereidende onderzoeken te controleren, alsook de externe kosten, in voorkomend geval door benoeming van een deskundige naar zijn keuze;
