De Minister van Economie,
Gelet op de wet van 30 juni 1994 betreffende het auteursrecht en de naburige rechten, inzonderheid op artikel 13, ß 1, tweede lid, gewijzigd bij de wet van 4 december 2006;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 2 augustus 2007 tot uitvoering van de wet van 4 december 2006 houdende de omzetting in Belgisch recht van de richtlijn 2001/84/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 september 2001 betreffende het volgrecht ten behoeve van de auteur van een oorspronkelijk kunstwerk, inzonderheid op artikel 2,
