Koninklijk besluit tot bepaling van het bedrag van de jaarlijkse dotatie die vanuit de subsidies van de Nationale Loterij wordt toegekend aan de ' Koning Boudewijnstichting ' voor de periode van 2016 tot en met 2020, de 14 décembre 2016
Artikel 1. In afwijking van artikel 1, tweede lid van het koninklijk besluit van 17 juli 2013 tot bepaling van het bedrag van de jaarlijkse dotatie die vanuit de subsidies van de Nationale Loterij wordt toegekend aan de " Koning Boudewijnstichting " voor de periode van 2014 tot en met 2016, wordt de jaarlijkse dotatie aan de " Koning Boudewijnstichting " bepaald op 10.482.500 euro voor het dienstjaar 2016.
De jaarlijkse dotatie voor de " Koning Boudewijnstichting ", wordt vastgelegd op 9.800.000 euro voor de dienstjaren 2017 tot en met 2020.
Art. 2. De jaarlijkse dotaties zijn betaalbaar in vier gelijke schijven, telkens te verrichten in de loop van elk kwartaal van het jaar in kwestie.
Art. 3. De " Koning Boudewijnstichting " dient een belangrijk deel van de jaarlijkse dotaties te bestemmen voor de strijd tegen de armoede en de uitsluiting.
Op het einde van ieder jaar brengt de " Koning Boudewijnstichting " de Nationale Loterij op de hoogte van de manier waarop de ontvangen dotatie werd gebruikt.
De Nationale Loterij mag de aanwending van de toegekende bedragen ter plekke controleren.
Art. 4. De artikelen 121 tot 124 van de wet van 22 mei 2003 houdende organisatie van de begroting en van de comptabiliteit van de federale Staat zijn van toepassing op de dotatie bedoeld in artikel 1.
Art. 5. Dit besluit is van kracht vanaf 1 januari 2016.
Art. 6. De Minister bevoegd voor de Nationale Loterij is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
