De Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap,
Gelet op het decreet van 4 maart 1991 inzake hulpverlening aan de jeugd gewijzigd bij het decreet van 7 december 2007, inzonderheid op artikel 30quater;
Gelet op het besluit van de Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap van 26 mei 2008 tot aanwijzing van de leden en de voorzitter van de Sectorraad voor gezinsopvang, gewijzigd bij de besluiten van de Regering van de Franse Gemeenschap van 28 september 2010, 24 december 2010, 1 februari 2011 en 24 februari 2011;
Gelet op de noodzaak om voor de vervanging van de vertegenwoordiger van de Algemene Directie Hulpverlening aan de jeugd te zorgen, ontslagnemend plaatsvervangend lid,
