Koninklijk besluit houdende gedeeltelijke verdeling van het provisioneel krediet ingeschreven in het programma 14-60-1 van de algemene uitgavenbegroting voor het begrotingsjaar 2001 en bestemd tot dekking van alle uitgaven verbonden aan het Belgisch voorzitterschap van de Europese Unie gedurende het tweede semester 2001., de 7 septembre 2001
Artikel 1. Een bedrag van 159 miljoen frank wordt afgenomen van het provisioneel krediet ingeschreven op het programma 14-60-1, onder de basisallocatie 60/10.01.01, van de aangepaste algemene uitgavenbegroting voor het begrotingsjaar 2001 en wordt verdeeld overeenkomstig de bijgevoegde tabel.
Art. 2. De in de tabel vermelde bedragen worden gevoegd bij de kredieten welke onder de betrokken programma's en basisallocaties zijn uitgetrokken voor het begrotingsjaar 2001.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking de dag waarop het in het Belgisch Staatsblad wordt bekendgemaakt.
Art. 4. Onze Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, Onze Minister van Begroting en Onze Minister van FinanciÎn zijn, ieder wat hem betreft, belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
