De Waalse Regering,
Gelet op het decreet van 6 april 1995 betreffende de integratie van gehandicapte personen, inzonderheid op de artikelen 65 tot 69;
Gelet op het besluit van de Waalse Regering van 27 mei 2004 tot benoeming van de voorzitter en de leden van de "Conseil consultatif wallon des Personnes handicapées", zoals gewijzigd op 28 februari 2008;
Overwegende dat de adviesfunctie in het Waalse Gewest het voorwerp is van een hervorming en een rationalisatie;
Op de voordracht van de Minister van Gezondheid, Sociale Actie en Gelijke Kansen;
Na beraadslaging,
Besluit :
Artikel 1. De aanwijzingen van de voorzitter en de leden van de "Conseil consultatif wallon des Personnes handicapées" worden hernieuwd tot 31 december...
