Bij koninklijk besluit van 26 oktober 2019 wordt de heer Johan INDEKEU ontheven uit zijn functie bij het Hoofdbestuur. Hij wordt geaccrediteerd als Ambassadeur van België in de Democratische Republiek Congo, met standplaats te Kinshasa.
Bij ministerieel besluit van 9 oktober 2019 wordt de heer Nico VAN DIJCK ontheven uit zijn functie van Ambassadesecretaris bij de Permanente Vertegenwoordiging van België bij de E.U. te Brussel. Hij wordt toegevoegd bij de Permanente Vertegenwoordiging van België bij de N.A.V.O. te Brussel als Adjunct posthoofd belast met het diplomatiek beleidsdomein.
Bij ministerieel besluit van 16 oktober 2019 wordt de heer Thomas STEVENS ontheven uit zijn functie bij het Hoofdbestuur. Hij wordt toegevoegd bij de Ambassade van België te Kinshasa als Adjunct posthoofd belast met het diplomatiek beleidsdomein.
