18 MEI 2001. - Bijzonder decreet houdende wijziging van het bijzonder decreet van 26 juni 1991 betreffende de Universiteit Gent en het Universitair Centrum Antwerpen (1)
Het Vlaams Parlement heeft aangenomen en Wij, Regering, bekrachtigen hetgeen volgt :
Bijzonder decreet houdende wijziging van het bijzonder decreet van 26 juni 1991 betreffende de Universiteit Gent en het Universitair Centrum Antwerpen.
Artikel 1. Dit bijzonder decreet regelt een gemeenschapsaangelegenheid.
Art. 2. In artikel 16, eerste lid, van het bijzonder decreet van 26 juni 1991 betreffende de Universiteit Gent en het Universitair Centrum Antwerpen, gewijzigd bij bijzonder decreet van 14 mei 1996, wordt 7° vervangen door wat volgt :
7° tien vertegenwoordigers van openbare instanties, politieke, sociaal-economische en culturele milieus, verkozen door de leden van de raad van bestuur bedoeld in 1° tot 6°, rekening houdende met het profiel van de universiteit.
Art. 3. In artikel 18 van hetzelfde bijzonder decreet, gewijzigd bij het bijzonder decreet van 14 mei 1996, worden de woorden « en 6° » vervangen door de woorden « 6° en 7°. ».
Art. 4. De leden van de raad van bestuur die bij de inwerkingtreding van dit bijzonder decreet verkozen waren blijven fungeren tot het einde van hun mandaat, uitzonderd de vertegenwoordigers bedoeld in het vroegere artikel 16, eerste lid, 7°.
