FILIP, Koning der Belgen, Aan allen die nu zijn en hierna wezen zullen, Onze Groet.Gelet op de wet van 31 juli 2017 houdende diverse financiële en fiscale bepalingen en houdende maatregelen inzake concessieovereenkomsten, artikel 3;Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 3 september 1998 betreffende de nationale zijde van de eerste serie euromuntstukken, gewijzigd bij de koninklijke besluiten van 13 december 2007, 19 maart 2009 en 26 januari 2014;Gelet op het besluit van de Europese Centrale Bank van 21 november 2023 inzake de goedkeuring met betrekking tot de omvang van de muntuitgifte in 2024;Gelet op het advies van de inspectie van Financiën, gegeven op 5 maart 2024;Gelet op de akkoordbevinding van de Staatssecretaris voor Begroting, gegeven op 26 maart 2024;Gelet op de wetten op de Raad van State, gecoördineerd op 12 januari 1973, artikel 3, § 1, vervangen bij de wet van 4 juli 1989 en gewijzigd bij de wet van 4 augustus 1996;Gelet op de dringende noodzakelijkheid;Overwegende dat de herdenkingsstukken ter ere van de strijd tegen kanker in België uitgegeven zullen worden in mei 2024 en dat bijgevolg de technische specificaties onverwijld omschreven moeten worden;Op de voordracht van de Minister van Financiën,Hebben Wij besloten en besluiten Wij :Artikel 1.
