Gepubliceerd met toepassing van artikel 420, § 3/1, 6° van de programmawet van 27 december 2004.
Overeenkomstig artikel 420, § 3/1, 2° van genoemde programmawet wordt het nieuwe tarief van de bijzondere accijns van toepassing op aardgas, zoals voorzien in artikel 419, i), iii), 2), b), ii) van genoemde programmawet vastgesteld op 8,5697 euro per MWh (bovenste verbrandingswaarde).
