Bij ministerieel besluit van 12 januari 2011 wordt de heer Deckmyn, Alexander, geboren op 27 mei 1968, bij het Koninklijk Meteorologisch Instituut van België benoemd met ingang van 1 januari 2011 tot eerstaanwezend assistent in een betrekking van de klasse SW2 van de wetenschappelijke loopbaan. Deze betrekking maakt deel uit van de activiteitengroep 1 « Wetenschappelijke onderzoek en experimentele ontwikkeling » van de wetenschappelijke loopbaan.
Bij koninklijk besluit van 24 januari 2011 wordt aan Mevr. Serck-Dewaide, Myriam, geboren op 19 november 1946, algemeen directeur van het Koninklijk Instituut voor Kunstpatrimonium, eervol ontslag op haar verzoek verleend uit haar ambt met ingang van 1 mei 2011.
De betrokkene mag haar aanspraak op een onmiddellijk pensioen laten gelden en is ertoe gemachtigd de eretitel van haar ambt te voeren.
Bij ministerieel besluit van 27 januari wordt de heer Fincoeur, Michel-Benoît, geboren op 25 augustus 1958, benoemd met ingang van 1 februari 2011 tot assistent-stagiair bij de Koninklijke Bibliotheek van België in een betrekking van de klasse SWl van de wetenschappelijke loopbaan.
