Wet tot wijziging van artikel 80 van het Gerechtelijk Wetboek, teneinde de vervanging van bepaalde verhinderde rechters door plaatsvervangende rechters mogelijk te maken, de 19 juin 2023
Artikel 1. Deze wet regelt een aangelegenheid als bedoeld in artikel 74 van de Grondwet.
Art. 2. In artikel 80, eerste lid, van het Gerechtelijk Wetboek, laatstelijk gewijzigd bij de wet van 25 december 2016, worden de woorden "wijst de voorzitter een werkend rechter aan om hem te vervangen" vervangen door de woorden "wijst de voorzitter een werkend rechter of een plaatsvervangend magistraat zoals bedoeld in artikel 156bis aan om hem te vervangen".
Handtekening
Kondigen deze wet af, bevelen dat zij met 's Lands zegel zal worden bekleed en door het Belgisch Staatsblad zal worden bekendgemaakt.
