Verhoging van de bijzondere accijns op ongelode benzine van de GN-codes 2710 11 41, 2710 11 45 en 2710 11 49
Gepubliceerd met toepassing van artikel 420, § 3, 1° van de programmawet van 27 december 2004.
Op 17 november 2022 verlaagt de maximumprijs, exclusief btw, van ongelode benzine van de GN-code 2710 11 45 (richtproduct), bedoeld bij artikel 419, c), van dezelfde programmawet naar 1,5347 euro per liter.
Overeenkomstig artikel 420, § 3, 1° van genoemde programmawet worden de nieuwe tarieven van de bijzondere accijns:
- 341,8221 euro per 1 000 liter bij 15 ° C voor de ongelode benzine met een hoog zwavelgehalte en/of aromatische verbindingen van de GN-code 2710 11 49;
- 326,1124 euro per 1 000 liter bij...
