Artikel 1. Algemeen verbindend wordt verklaard de als bijlage overgenomen collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst van 30 april 1999, gesloten in het Paritair ComitÈ voor het tuinbouwbedrijf, betreffende de eindejaarspremie.
Art. 2. Onze Minister van Werkgelegenheid is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
