Les agents de l'Administration de l'Inspection Èconomique du MinistËre des Affaires Èconomiques et les agents du service "CrÈdit et Endettement" de l'Administration de la Politique commerciale du MinistËre des Affaires Èconomiques, sont chargÈs de rechercher et de constater les infractions ‡ l'article 20ter de la loi du 5 juillet 1998 relative au rËglement collectif de dettes et ‡ la possibilitÈ de vente de grÈ des biens immeubles saisis.
Art. 2. Le prÈsent arrÍtÈ entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
