547. En vertu de l'article 198 CDS, les actions contre les gérants doivent être introduites dans les cinq ans à partir des faits critiqués ou, s'ils ont été cachés, à partir de la découverte de ces faits.
Si la responsabilité de plusieurs gérants est attaquée sur la base de fautes concurrentes, la prescription ne commencera à courir qu'à dater du dernier fait qualifié de faute.
