Bien souvent, la réalisation d'un projet nécessite à tout le moins l'obtention de deux autorisations administratives : le permis d'urbanisme et le permis d'environnement. On se trouve alors face à un projet dit «mixte», qui est en principe soumis à la procédure du «permis unique» telle que décrite aux articles 81 et suivants du décret relatif au permis d'environnement, ce permis unique tenant lieu à la fois de permis d'environnement et de permis d'urbanisme.

La construction d'une salle de cinéma d'au moins 150 places requiert à la fois un permis d'urbanisme (érection d'un bâtiment - art. 84, §1er, 1°, du CWATUP) et un permis...
