Ministerieel besluit tot wijziging van de lijst, gevoegd als bijlage 1 bij het koninklijk besluit van 25 juni 2014 tot vaststelling van de procedures, termijnen en voorwaarden inzake de tegemoetkoming van de verplichte verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging en uitkeringen in de kosten van implantaten en invasieve medische hulpmiddelen, de 25 août 2023
Artikel 1. In de Lijst, gevoegd als bijlage 1 bij het koninklijk besluit van 25 juni 2014 tot vaststelling van de procedures, termijnen en voorwaarden inzake de tegemoetkoming van de verplichte verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging en uitkeringen in de kosten van implantaten en invasieve medische hulpmiddelen, laatstelijk gewijzigd bij het ministerieel besluit van 17 augustus 2023, worden de volgende wijzigingen aangebracht:
voor het hoofdstuk "A. Oftalmologie" wordt het punt 1.2 vervangen als volgt:
"1.2. Indien er in een vergoedingsvoorwaarde (1. Criteria betreffende de verplegingsinrichting) verwezen wordt naar de jaren 2020, 2021 of 2022, wordt het aantal verstrekkingen voor elk van deze jaren vervangen door het aantal verstrekkingen voor het jaar 2019 (dat overeenstemt met het jaar voorafgaand aan het jaar waarin het Koninklijk Besluit nr. 21 van 14 mei 2020, betreffende tijdelijke aanpassingen van de vergoedingsvoorwaarden en administratieve voorschriften voor de verplichte ziekteverzekering naar aanleiding van de COVID-19-pandemie, in werking is getreden) op voorwaarde dat het aantal verstrekkingen voor het jaar 2019 hoger is dan het aantal verstrekkingen voor het jaar waarnaar wordt verwezen.".
Art. 2. Dit besluit treedt in werking op de eerste dag van de maand na die waarin het is bekendgemaakt in het Belgisch Staatsblad.
