Ministerieel besluit tot wijziging van het ministerieel besluit van 29 september 2022 tot uitvoering van artikel 1, 2°, van het koninklijk besluit van 20 juli 2022 tot uitvoering van artikel 13, § 2, 5° en 6° van de wet van 23 maart 2019 betreffende de organisatie van de penitentiaire diensten en van het statuut van het penitentiair personeel, de 22 août 2023
Artikel 1. In het ministerieel besluit van 29 september 2022 tot uitvoering van artikel 1, 2°, van het koninklijk besluit van 20 juli 2022 tot uitvoering van artikel 13, § 2, 5° en 6° van de wet van 23 maart 2019 betreffende de organisatie van de penitentiaire diensten en van het statuut van het penitentiair personeel wordt de bijlage vervangen door de bijlage gevoegd bij dit besluit.
Art. 2. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 september 2023.
