Ministerieel besluit betreffende de uitgifte van de Staatsbon op 3 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2026 en van de Staatsbon op 10 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2033, de 16 juin 2023
Artikel 1. Er wordt overgegaan tot de uitgifte van twee leningen respectievelijk genaamd: " Staatsbon op 3 jaar " en " Staatsbon op 10 jaar ".
Art. 2. De Staatsbon op 3 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2026 rent 2.50 % per jaar vanaf 4 juni 2023 tot en met 3 juni 2026.
De Staatsbon op 10 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2033 rent 3.00 % per jaar vanaf 4 juni 2023 tot en met 3 juni 2033.
Art. 3. De openbare inschrijving op deze Staatsbons zoals bedoeld in artikel 6 van het koninklijk besluit van 9 juli 2000, wordt opengesteld op 24 mei 2023; zij wordt afgesloten 2 juni 2023. De datum van betaling is vastgesteld op 5 juni 2023. De betaling is volledig in speciën.
Art. 4. De uitgifteprijs van de Staatsbon op 3 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2026 is vastgesteld tegen 100.00 % van de nominale waarde.
De uitgifteprijs van de Staatsbon op 10 jaar - 4 juni 2023-2033 is vastgesteld tegen 100.00 % van de nominale waarde.
Art. 5. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking op 24 mei 2023.

Gelet op de wet van 2 januari 1991 betreffende de markt van de effecten van de overheidsschuld en het monetair beleidsinstrumentarium, gewijzigd bij de wetten van 28 juli 1992, 4 april 1995, 15 juli 1998, 28 februari 2002, 15 december 2004, 14 december 2005, 2 juni 2010, 25 april 2014, 25 oktober 2016, 25 december 2016, 30 juli 2018, 4 februari 2020 en 27 juni 2021, en bij de koninklijk besluiten van 13 juli 2001 en 3 maart 2011.
