En cause : le recours en annulation de l'article 36 du décret de la Communauté flamande du 1er mars 2019 " modifiant la réglementation relative au contrôle et à certains aspects organisationnels de l'enseignement supérieur " (insertion d'un article II.395 dans le Code flamand de l'enseignement supérieur), introduit par l'" Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen ".
Par ces motifs,
la Cour
- annule l'article 36 du décret de la Communauté flamande du 1er mars 2019 " modifiant la réglementation relative au contrôle et à certains aspects organisationnels de l'enseignement supérieur ", en ce qu'il insère un article II.395, § 2, dans le Code flamand de l'enseignement supérieur du 11 octobre 2013;
