Durch Regierungsbeschluss vom 16. März 2023 wird der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft erlaubt, die Enteignung des unbeweglichen Gutes gelegen Bahnhofstraße in 4780 Sankt-Vith, Gemarkung 1, Flur G, Nr. 51 K2, mit dem gemeinnützigen Ziel vorzunehmen, um das von der Enteignung betroffene endgültig geschützte unbewegliche Gut auf der Grundlage der Artikel 14 und 33 des Dekrets vom 23. Juni 2008 über den Schutz der Denkmäler, Kleindenkmäler, Ensembles und historischen Kulturlandschaften sowie über die Ausgrabungen instand zu setzen und die Unterhaltung, Nutzung und Zugänglichkeit zu gewährleisten, um die Integrität und den archäologischen, historischen, kulturellen, orts-, regionalgeschichtlichen sowie identitätsstiftenden Wert zu schützen.
