Gelet op de wet van 9 juli 1975 betreffende de controle der verzekeringsondernemingen, artikel 41, § 4, derde lid;
Op de voordracht van de Minister van Financiën,
Hebben Wij besloten en besluiten Wij :
Artikel 1. Het bedrag van de vergoeding dat wordt toegekend aan de Voorzitter van de Commissie voor Verzekeringen, wordt vastgesteld op 21.500 EUR per jaar.
Art. 2. Het bedrag van de vergoeding als vastgesteld in artikel 1 is gebonden aan de schommelingen van de gezondheidsindex. Het wordt om de twee maand aangepast.
Art. 3. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking met ingang van 1 april 2009.
