Par arrêté ministériel n° E6/2002/114/CP11/897 du 18 juillet 2002 modifié par l'arrêté ministériel n° E6/2002/238/CP11/1262 du 12 septembre 2002, le Ministre de l'Economie a renouvelé pour la période du 25 juillet 2002 au 31 décembre 2009 la concession accordée à ALZAGRI S.A., Lodewijk Coiseaukaai 156, à 8000 Bruges, par l'arrêté ministériel n° 79/A 2000/50 du 24 juillet 1979 et renouvelée par les arrêtés ministériels n° 8.M/90/A 2000/34 du 24 avril 1990, et n° E6/M/95/A 2000/60 du 27 novembre 1995.
Elle est autorisée à extraire annuellement au maximum 300.000 m3 de sable et de gravier du lit du plateau continental de la Belgique, dans la zone 2 définie à l'annexe de l'arrêté royal du 16 mai 1977 portant...
