Le Collège d'autorisation et de contrôle a été saisi d'une demande d'autorisation par l'ASBL Radio Cyclone RCF Namur pour l'édition d'un service de radiodiffusion sonore en mode analogique par voie hertzienne. (Dossier FM2010-9).
Vu le décret coordonné sur les services de médias audiovisuels, et en particulier ses articles 7, 53, 54, 55, 105 et 106;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Communauté française du 21 octobre 2010 fixant l'appel d'offres pour l'attribution des radiofréquences pour la diffusion de services de radiodiffusion sonore en mode analogique par voie hertzienne;
Vu la recommandation du Collège d'autorisation et de contrôle du 23 décembre 2010 relative à la diversité et à l'équilibre des formats de radios dans le traitement des offres en application de l'article 55, alinéa 2, du décret coordonné sur les services de médias audiovisuels;
Vu la recommandation du Collège d'autorisation et de contrôle du 29 août 2007 relative à la diversité du paysage radiophonique et à l'accès du public à une offre plurielle en radiodiffusion sonore;
Vu la demande de l'ASBL Radio Cyclone RCF Namur qui a postulé, dans son dossier, l'attribution de la radiofréquence identifié ci-après, associée à une zone en fonction de la recommandation susmentionnée du 23 décembre 2010 :
