Il faut attirer l'attention sur le fait que le décret du 11 mars 1999 n'apporte aucune modification à la législation sectorielle relative au bruit308. Comme ce fut le cas pour les permis d'exploiter avant l'entrée en vigueur de la présente réforme, la question des bruits industriels est abordée principalement au travers des permis d'environnement. Les normes en matière de bruit y seront prescrites sous forme de conditions d'exploitation.
Pour les établissements qui ne sont pas soumis à permis d'environnement mais à simple déclaration, la question des nuisances sonores se réglera au travers des conditions générales de l'AGW du 4 juillet 2002 fixant lesPage 289 conditions...
