Artikel M.
Gepubliceerd met toepassing van artikel 6 van het ministerieel besluit van 30 maart 2007 houdende vaststelling van sociale maximumprijzen voor de levering van elektriciteit aan de beschermde residentiële afnemers;
Overwegende dat op 8 december 2022 de Commissie voor de Regulering van de Elektriciteit en het Gas de sociale maximumprijzen, geldig voor de periode vanaf 1 januari 2023 tot en met 31 maart 2023, voor de levering van elektriciteit aan de beschermde residentiële afnemers heeft vastgesteld in toepassing van artikel 8 van het voormelde ministerieel besluit van 30 maart 2007;
De sociale maximumprijs (excl. btw en andere taksen) voor de levering van elektriciteit voor de periode vanaf 1 januari 2023 tot en met 31 maart 2023 bedraagt :
- 26,960 c€/kWh (0,26960 €/kWh) voor het enkelvoudig tarief;
- 27,844 c€/kWh (0,27844 €/kWh) voor het tweevoudig tarief (piekuren);
