Article 1er. Les propositions, soumises par le gestionnaire de réseau, de liste des utilisateurs significatifs de réseau de haute priorité dans le cadre du plan de défense du réseau et les modalités y associées et de liste des utilisateurs significatifs de réseau de haute priorité dans le cadre du plan de reconstitution du réseau et les modalités y associées sont approuvées.
Art. 2. Une expédition certifiée conforme du présent arrêté est adressée à Elia Transmission Belgium SA, dont le numéro d'entreprise est 0731.852.231, et à la Commission de Régulation de l'Electricité et du Gaz.

La Ministre de l'Energie,
Vu la loi du 29 avril 1999 relative à l'organisation du marché de l'électricité, l'article 11, alinéa 1er ;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 22 avril 2019 établissant un règlement technique pour la gestion du réseau de transport de l'électricité et l'accès à celui-ci, l'article 259 ;
Vu la proposition de listes d'utilisateurs significatifs de réseau de haute priorité dans le cadre du plan de défense du réseau et plan de reconstitution du réseau d'Elia Transmission Belgium SA du 18 janvier 2023 ;
Vu la demande de consultation adressée à la Ministre de l'Intérieur et au Ministre de l'Economie, datée du 20 janvier 2023 et la rectification apportée suite au traitement de l'avis de la Ministre de l'Intérieur ;
Vu l'avis du Centre de Crise National, donné le 13 mars 2023 ;
