Arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale adoptant le Programme Régional de Réduction des Pesticides 2023-2027 en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, de 19 janvier 2023
Article 1er. Le Gouvernement approuve le programme régional de réduction des pesticides 2023-2027 en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale figurant en annexe du présent arrêté, accompagné de sa déclaration environnementale.
Ce programme contribue au Plan d'Action National, ou NAPAN, établi pour la même période.
Art. 2. Le ministre qui a l'Environnement et la Conservation de la nature dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
