La Ministre,
Vu la loi du 19 juillet 1991 relative aux registres de la population, aux cartes d'identité, aux cartes d'étranger et aux documents de séjour et modifiant la loi du 8 août 1983 organisant un Registre national des personnes physiques, l'article 6, § 8;
Vu l'arrêté ministériel du 15 mars 2013 fixant le tarif des rétributions à charge des communes pour la délivrance des cartes d'identité électroniques, des documents d'identité électroniques pour enfants belges de moins de douze ans et des cartes et documents de séjour délivrés à des ressortissants étrangers,
Arrête :
Article 1er. L'annexe de l'arrêté ministériel du 15 mars 2013 fixant le tarif des rétributions à charge des communes pour la délivrance des cartes d'identité électroniques, des documents d'identité électroniques pour enfants belges de moins de douze ans et des cartes et documents de séjour délivrés à des ressortissants étrangers est remplacée par l'annexe suivante :
Le montant des rétributions à charge des communes pour la délivrance d'une carte d'identité électronique pour Belges ou d'une carte ou document de séjour pour étrangers ou pour un document d'identité électronique pour enfants belges de moins de douze ans est fixé, à partir du 1er avril 2013, comme suit :
ATARIF pour la procédure normale:1er avril 2013 Cartes d'identité électroniques et cartes et documents de séjour pour étrangers1, visés à l'article 1er, alinéa 1er 15,00 € Document d'identité électronique pour enfant belge de moins de douze ans, visé à l'article 1er, alinéa 26, 00 € B TARIF pour les procédures rapides: Cartes d'identité...
