4 JANVIER 2013. - Arrêté ministériel portant application de l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 31 janvier 2008 relatif à la mesure d'aide encourageant la participation des agriculteurs aux régimes de qualité alimentaire dans le cadre du programme de développement rural
Le Ministre des Travaux publics, de l'Agriculture, de la Ruralité, de la Nature, de la Forêt et du Patrimoine,
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 17 juillet 2009 portant règlement du fonctionnement du Gouvernement;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 15 décembre 2011 fixant la répartition des compétences entre les Ministres et réglant la signature des actes du Gouvernement;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 31 janvier 2008 relatif à une mesure d'aide encourageant la participation des agriculteurs aux régimes de qualité alimentaire dans le cadre du programme de développement rural, modifié par l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 6 octobre 2011,
Arrête :
Article 1er. Les régimes de qualité alimentaire éligibles à l'aide octroyée en application de l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 31 janvier 2008 relatif à la mesure d'aide encourageant la participation des agriculteurs aux régimes de qualité alimentaire dans le cadre du programme de développement rural, modifié par l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 6 octobre 2011 sont repris en annexe du présent arrêté pour l'année d'application 2012.
Art. 2. En application de l'article 11 de l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 31 janvier 2008 précité, le montant de référence fixé pour chaque régime de qualité alimentaire éligible à l'aide est repris en annexe du présent arrêté.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er janvier 2013.
