Le Ministre pour l'Entreprise et la Simplification,
Vu la loi du 20 juillet 1990 visant à promouvoir la présence équilibrée d'hommes et de femmes dans les organes possédant une compétence d'avis, l'article 2, modifée par la loi du 17 juillet 1997;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 23 janvier 2006 relatif à la composition de la Commission d'éthique pour la fourniture de services payants via des réseaux de communications électroniques;
Vu l'arrêté ministériel du 31 octobre 2006 portant nomination du président et des membres de la Commission d'éthique pour la fourniture de services payants via des réseaux de communications électroniques,
Arrêtent :
