Vu les lois sur la comptabilitÈ de l'Etat, coordonnÈes par l'arrÈtÈ royal du 17 juillet 1991, notamment les articles 55 ‡ 58;
Vu I'arrÈtÈ royal du 16 novembre 1994 relatif au contrÛle administratif et budgÈtaire, notamment les articles 14 et 22;
Vu la loi du 4 fÈvrier 2000 portant crÈation de l'Agence fÈdÈrale pour la SÈcuritÈ de la ChaÓne alimentaire;
Vu la loi du 18 janvier 2008 portant le 4e ajustement du budget des dÈpenses pour l'annÈe budgÈtaire 2007, accordant une augmentation de la dotation a l'Agence fÈdÈrale pour la SÈcuritÈ de la Chaine alimentaire de 14.700.000 EUR;
Vu la loi de finances pour l'annÈe budgÈtaire 2008 du 12 dÈcembre 2007, notamment le programme 25.54.1 par laquelle via le crÈdit d'engagement et d'ordonnancement 2007 ajustÈ de 70.697.000 EUR, un crÈdit d'engagement et d'ordonnancement de 17.674.250 EUR pour la pÈriode janvier - mars 2008 est accordÈ;
Vu la loi de finances pour l'annÈe budgÈtaire 2008 du 7 avril 2008, notamment le programme 25.54.1 par laquelle via le crÈdit d'engagement et d'ordonnancement 2007 ajustÈ de 85.397.000 EUR, un crÈdit d'engagement et d'ordonnancement de 21.349.000 EUR pour la pÈriode avril-juin 2008 est accordÈ;
Vu l'avis de l'Inspection des Finances, donnÈ le 17 mars 2008;
ConsidÈrant qu'il est nÈcessaire de mettre ‡ la disposition de l'Agence fÈdÈrale pour la SÈcuritÈ de la ChaÓne alimentaire l'intÈgralitÈ de ce montant pour couvrir ses dÈpenses administratives et de personnel;
Sur la proposition de Notre Ministre des Affaires sociales et de la SantÈ publique et de Notre Ministre des P.M.E., des IndÈpendants, de l'Agriculture et de la Politique scientifique,
