Le Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Finances,
La Ministre de la Politique scientifique,
Vu l'arrêté royal du 25 février 2008 fixant le statut du personnel scientifique des établissements scientifiques fédéraux, les articles 54, § 1er et § 2, 55, § 1er, et 56, § 1er et § 2;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 14 janvier 2009 fixant certaines attributions ministérielles, l'article 19, 9°;
Vu la proposition de répartition transmise par le Directeur du Jardin botanique national de Belgique, le 23 juin 2010,
Arrêtent :
Article 1er. En exécution des articles 54, § 1er et § 2, 55, § 1er, et 56, § 1er et § 2, de l'arrêté royal du 25 février 2008 fixant le statut du personnel scientifique des établissements scientifiques fédéraux, les agents scientifiques statutaires du Jardin botanique national de Belgique sont répartis entre les groupes d'activités de la carrière du personnel scientifique conformément au tableau annexé au présent arrêté.
Art. 2. Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er juin 2008.
Art. 3. Le Président du Service public fédéral de Programmation Politique scientifique est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
