Met zijn beroep tot nietigverklaring bestrijdt verzoeker de beslissing van de verwerende partij waarbij zijn opdracht wordt beëindigd en hij tijdelijk vervroegd op pensioen wordt gesteld. Het voordeel dat verzoeker met het voorliggende beroep oorspronkelijk nastreefde, bestond er essentieel in, door de nietigverklaring van de bestreden beslissing een nieuwe kans te verwerven om opnieuw te worden tewerkgesteld.
